Staying on Track
Invitation to tender for the Staying on Track program is now open!
Responses can be made until 12pm, Monday 28 April 2025.
The Queensland Government is following through with its commitment to reducing reoffending and getting young offenders back on track, with $175 million in funding allocated to the Staying on Track program.
Working with other departments and non-government organisations, Staying on Track providers will deliver a comprehensive rehabilitation program for up to 12 months, including 6 months of intensive support for young people transitioning back into the community after release from detention. This program is designed to complement a young person’s existing supervised orders.
Staying on Track ensures young people transitioning back into the community are provided with tailored support to manage at-risk behaviours, opportunity to engage in training or education, and support towards employment pathways.
