Online acquittal support information system (OASIS)

The Online Acquittal Sypport Information System (OASIS) is an online grants tool that makes it easier, simpler and faster for funded organisations to electronically update records, submit financial acquittals and performance information, and access reports relating to this information.

OASIS enables organisations to upload their financial information using MYOB, QuickBooks, a generic format that meets the department's Standard Chart of Accounts, or alternatively the information can be input directly into OASIS. Services can also view their current and expired service agreement details where it has been uploaded by their Community Support Officer.

Reporting on OASIS is mandatory for new service agreements and is the preferred method of reporting for all services funded under the Community Services Act 2007.
